All payment transactions are processed by Stripe, Inc. We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the Service. After you cancel your Subscription, we will retain your data for a period of ninety (90) days to allow for account reactivation or resolution of any outstanding matters. After this retention period, your data will be securely deleted or anonymized, except where a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (for example, for tax, accounting, or legal compliance purposes). Call recordings are retained for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of the call unless a different retention period is agreed upon in writing. You may request earlier deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
